This system could be considered as a ladder to much higher levels of happiness. At the top, we have Love and Appreciation. At this phase, we acknowledge beauty and generate beauty. Beauty has no instinctive value other than feeling great. It can be the beauty of a painting, friendship, or a company. The ultimate reason we admire film stars, singers, even athletes and business people is that they are doing art. Regrettably, when we ourselves are at a reduced tone, we don't look at the art, we just see the money. We'll get to that in a little while and how to turn on the law of attraction.
Basing on abraham teachings at the lowest level, people have despair and apathy. This is where someone perceives a great number of attackers, actual or imagined, these individuals give up. A large portion of the world is in that space at present. They've been there for over a decade!

Love and creativity - I intend to create beauty whatever the situation
Enthusiasm - devotion and absorbed in this moment
Interest - I take advantage of my energy to be curious concerning others and the world
Boredom - I do have energy, I want to do something but don't know what
Frustration - wishing to make a change, not knowing where yet
Anger - a threat, I am dealing with it
Fear - a threat, but I'm overly afraid to confront
Apathy - plenty of considered threats, I surrender
Over the line, our emotions drift towards construction & creation. Below the line, they push towards destruction. A person can only hear what is a level above them. That is why when a culture is predominantly in apathy (like the US.) those who speak in anger, always against something, rather than for a certain thing, seemed to connect better. We can scarcely hear one level beyond where we are at. This was Hitler's Germany. His people had given up all hope so picking one enemy to bombard lifts the people up for the reason that they can hear that. But nonetheless this is NOT a solution. Anger is simply energy rising to confront so we can reach the next level.
This is essential to YOU because you can notice what level you tend to be at within the day. Always be sincere with yourself. What will pull you up is the next rung of the ladder and that is what you will attract. Be conscious of your level and know that you are attracting your level and the level higher than you. This is very helpful in knowing that it is OK for someone in apathy to get angry. Support it! But don't stay there. Go to the next level immediately.
Each level is only a rung on the ladder. If perhaps anger is higher, allow that and instantly ask, 'What is one thing I could confront? If you've been angry for a while, look ahead to being bored. It is a step on the way to being interested again. All the time, your direction is What can I create? How can I add beauty to the world?
Look for the next higher level. Be mindful of those at the next higher level attempting to keep you only at that level for their own advantage. Seek out strong folks at the highest level that speak of creation, beauty, construction. Be conscious that when you hear people two levels above you, if it disturbs you, or you don't trust them, that is you being stranded at your level. Don't seek to bring them down to a level so you can hear them. Avoid becoming a part of this chaos and falling into low-level thinking.
