There are several methods which I have utilized myself to handle Limiting Beliefs and Self Sabotage. All these methods work!
But they do not work similarly well for each person. For example: I personally am not quiet excellent at visualizations. Therefore techniques that use a lot of visualizations are difficult for me to use.
Conversely, if you can visualize fine, such means could work marvelous for you!
